Voting Instructions
The voting exercise will be a seamless and straightforward exercise. Eligibility for taking part in the exercise has been communicated to you and you will be performing your civic duty and will need the following details to access your e-ballot shown below:

- Email Address
Please note that when entering your details on the ballot page, your email address should be entered in ALL LOWER CASE characters only,
The Terms and Conditions checkbox must be checked to Start the vote.
The voting exercise should take less than 2 minutes, but you will have up to 10 minutes to vote and submit your e-ballot. The countdown will commence immediately after you click the Start Vote button.
